Nicky is Group CEO and Co Founder of Disrupt Group, bringing together Disrupt Talent, Disrupt Staffing and Disrupt Search to provide specialist talent solutions across the live events and exhibitions industry.

Having built Disrupt Talent and Disrupt Staffing around a deep understanding of the sector and the people within it, Nicky saw a clear opportunity to extend that expertise into leadership and executive search. As clients grew and evolved, they increasingly needed support with the senior appointments that could shape the next stage of their business.

That led to the launch of Disrupt Search in partnership with Robert Kenward.  Nicky works closely with Robert on Disrupt Search, bringing her commercial understanding of the sector, extensive industry network and knowledge of the businesses and people shaping its future.

For Nicky, the partnership brings together two complementary strengths. Disrupt’s reach, relationships and knowledge across the events industry, combined with Robert’s extensive executive search experience and proven approach to leadership appointments.
