Jade is Group Sales Director and Co Founder of Disrupt Group, working across Disrupt Talent, Disrupt Staffing and Disrupt Search and playing a key role in developing the long term client relationships that sit at the heart of the Group.

Through those relationships, Jade has seen first hand how much impact the right senior appointment can have on a business and why leadership hiring needs a different level of understanding and approach.

Partnering with Robert Kenward to launch Disrupt Search meant the Group could bring specialist executive search expertise to its clients, alongside the permanent recruitment and staffing solutions already provided by Disrupt Group.

With a background in coaching and as a DISC accredited practitioner, Jade brings a strong understanding of people, behaviours and team dynamics to Search.

Her focus is on understanding not only what a leadership role needs to deliver, but the type of person who will thrive within the business, its culture and its ambitions.
